Job summary

Affidian Credit Union in Denver is seeking a Teller to join our team at the Denver Branch. The role involves processing transactions, assisting members, and promoting products and services to support credit union goals.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience. We offer health insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) eligibility, and training; hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, in-office.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communications and above average listening skills.
• Ability to type accurately and operate a computer terminal.
• General knowledge of banking operations and procedures is preferred.
• Cross-selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Assist members with account questions and provide resolutions.
• Assist members with online banking tasks (password resets, Zelle, mobile deposits, transfers, bill pay).
• Provide information on loan products and current rates.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and balance cash drawer.
