Job summary

Elevations Credit Union in Louisville is seeking a Teller I to greet members and process routine transactions while tailoring service to individual financial needs.

You will work with the branch team, uphold PEAK’T service standards, and help members explore solutions with integrity and care. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with regulations, and a friendly, proactive approach to daily banking tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience successfully managing customer service interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Equivalent to a high school diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Exhibits passion for Elevations Credit Union (ECU) and demonstrates Elevations’ core values, Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity, and Excellence.
• Engages members using the PEAK’T Service Model with care, professionalism, and the highest level of service to explore relevant solutions to members and refer to internal partners as identified.
• Performs teller transactions to include, but not limited to, processing account deposits, withdrawals, and payments promptly and accurately.
• Maintains high-level operational excellence in daily teller operations including cash balancing, opening/closing tasks, and supporting cash control and audits.
• Develops good interpersonal relationships by helping members feel valued.
• Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union (BSA).
• Follows processes to protect members and ECU from fraud and loss.
