Qualifications

• 6 months experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handles teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately.
• Delivers exceptional member service and engages with members to identify needs.
• Maintains accurate cash handling and supports daily teller operations and audits.
• Represents ECU with a professional demeanor and follows all applicable laws.
