Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months banking teller experience or a combination of 12 months Retail Banking Operations plus 6 months cash handling or customer service experience.
• Must have working knowledge of basic and complex teller transactions including relevant regulations and compliance activities.
• Must know credit union products, services, documents, reports, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Processes member transactions efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, negotiable instruments).
• Provides timely, courteous service to members, services accounts, updates documentation, issues cards as needed.
• Identifies opportunities for cross-selling Credit Union products and refers members to partners.
