Job summary

HRCCU in Hudson Falls, NY is seeking a motivated Teller to deliver outstanding member experiences and grow within the credit union. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while educating members on digital banking options.

Teller

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers
• Assist and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking and other remote channels.
• Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions.
• Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.
• Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently, with professionalism, and patience to attract to maintain members.
• Proactive use of fraud-detection resources, to identify suspicious activity early, protect member assets, and uphold integrity of the credit union.
• Support branch opening/closing procedures and assist with branch workflow and coverage
• Foster a fun and collaborative environment to service our members, grow relationships and engage with your peers.

Qualifications:

Experience: One month to one year experience. Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Employment Details:

• Location: HRCCU Hudson Falls Branch, Hudson Falls, NY. Training may be completed at other HRCCU branch locations that may require local travel
• Payrate: $20.00-$24.00, based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills relevant to the position.
