Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an on-site retail banking associate in New Orleans to deliver quality customer service and handle daily financial transactions.

You will process deposits and withdrawals, maintain cash control, and seek cross-selling opportunities while promoting bank products. Adherence to policies and ongoing training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6+ months cash handling or teller experience preferred. Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely service; process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Maintain cash control; assist ATM balancing; verify deposits; support vault operations. Ensure compliance with operational policies and security standards.
• Develop and retain client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and refer prospects appropriately.
• Enhance client experience by resolving issues promptly and attending training to improve product knowledge.
• Promote bank products/services to strengthen relationships, ensuring excellent client service.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and risk management protocols. Perform additional job duties as assigned.
