Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients and assisting with transactions
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed
• Transition clients to a Banker after identifying financial wellness opportunities
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines
• Follow compliance, audit and security procedures
