Job summary

You will identify customer needs, promote suitable services, participate in branch sales goals, and support Teller/ATM operations while following bank policies and Legendary Service Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to count U.S. currency.
• Must enjoy customer interactions, including actively looking for referral opportunities using a needs-based sales model.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, friendly, and professional service to Bank customers through daily transactions (deposits, check cashing, money orders, official checks).
• Recognize customer needs and suggest appropriate bank services to meet sales goals; actively participate in the branch sales program.
• Demonstrate quality customer service by upholding the Legendary Service Standards.
• Balance daily work and research differences where applicable.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Assist with daily operations of the Teller/ATM areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
