You'll assist customers in person, by phone, or by email, answer questions about accounts and online banking, and help with official checks, debit cards, and gift cards. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service and cash-handling experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and handle deposits, loan payments, and checks with accuracy.
• Answer questions about accounts, online banking, and bank products.
• Issue official checks, debit cards, or gift cards.
• Process night depository and courier deposits.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure compliance with policies.
