Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service and cash-handling experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and balance cash drawer at start of shift.
• Handle deposits, loan payments, checks, and other transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Answer questions about accounts and online banking access; issue checks, debit cards, or gift cards.
• Process night depository and courier deposits; keep documentation up to date.
