Responsibilities

• Greet customers and balance cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process deposits, loan payments, and check cashing with care.
• Answer questions about accounts, online banking, and bank products.
• Issue checks, debit cards, or gift cards as needed.
• Process night depository and courier deposits and monitor fraud indicators.
• Refer customers to additional products or services when appropriate.
• Balance postings, complete logs, and assist with ATM/replenishment when needed.
