Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Working knowledge of deposits, ACH transactions, and electronic banking.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person and by telephone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, transfers, loan payments and other transactions.
• Receive and verify cash, checks and other negotiable instruments.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with account questions and banking needs.
• Review and reconcile daily operational reports including ACH and electronic deposits.
• Process and verify incoming and outgoing ACH transactions.
• Follow BSA/AML, CIP, and other compliance requirements.
• Support end-of-day balancing and general branch operations.
