Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year teller or cash handling experience preferred
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent

Responsibilities

• Balances cash drawers and performs teller transactions with accuracy
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments
• Verifies currency, balances cash drawer, and handles night deposits
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues per procedures
• Educates customers on TD products and self-service options
• Trains and mentors new tellers and assists store leadership as needed
• Ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act; manages security procedures
• Follows customer authentication policies and operates ATM/TCD/TCR with care
