Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes TD's Brand promise to deliver Legendary Customer experiences in the Store.
• Performs deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments accurately.
• Balances cash drawer, cash transactions, and verifies currency with high accuracy.
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves concerns per standard procedures.
• Greet customers, guide them, and promote self-service/digital options.
• Educates customers on financial and digital solutions or refers to a partner.
• Trains and mentors new Tellers.
• Supports Store leadership with daily duties.
• Ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and other regulations.
• Verifies customer identities per policies; adheres to security measures.
• Balances ATMs/TCDs/TCRs and manages cash limits and vault security.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer information and follows dual control.
• Completes required training by established due dates.
