Job summary

Gate City Bank in Moorhead Downtown is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our retail banking team. This role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, daytime hours, and in-office work.

You will help customers with transactions, open accounts, balance cash drawer, and promote our products. Starting pay ranges from $17.75 to $18.75 per hour, with an extra $5 per hour on Saturdays, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, cash handling, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Enthusiasm for creating positive customer experiences.
