Gate City Bank in Fargo, ND is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Hornbachers Village West location. You will support daily banking transactions, open accounts, and deliver friendly service in a team environment.

In-office schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with rotating Saturday shifts. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help customers navigate banking products.

Gate City Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo Hornbachers Village West Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions

• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding

• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs

• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy

• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right

• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75/hr

• Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
