Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, professional and friendly manner and support a positive, welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with documents to complete transactions.
• Verify negotiable instruments for identity, amount, and endorsements.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and issue receipts.
• Count cash and coin, using manual or electronic counting devices.
• Balance cash drawer at designated times daily and assist with ATM balancing.
• Suggest products and services to meet customer needs.
• Handle requests and forward information to appropriate departments.
