Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years teller or cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service and operations skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Balance cash daily and verify signatures and endorsements.
• Assist in coordinating teller operations and training of staff.
• Identify customer needs and promote bank products, referring to colleagues as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support branch colleagues.
