Job summary

Talentify in Polson, MT is seeking a part-time Teller to handle daily transactions in lobby and drive-up, deliver friendly client service, and identify referral opportunities for cross-sell.

You’ll process deposits, loans, cash, currency, and checks, maintain accuracy, and support branch operations while upholding confidentiality and security standards. Training provided; scheduling varies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cash handling preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, loan payments, cashing checks and currency exchanges.
• Process routine transactions and answer client questions in person or by phone.
• Record transactions and referrals to bank partners using branch systems.
• Identify basic cross-sell opportunities and direct clients to appropriate services.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Support team with branch operations and training participation.
