Job summary

Talentify in Whitefish, MT is seeking a Part-Time Teller to handle daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up, delivering outstanding client service and building relationships.

You will process deposits, cash checks, answer questions, and refer clients to bankers for additional products, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. This role requires a High School diploma or GED and cash-handling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides teller services by processing deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other transactions.
• Answers clients’ questions in person and over the phone.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers clients to bankers.
• Records activities and referrals using client-facing systems.
• Completes special requests and maintains cash drawer accuracy.
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with security procedures.
• Attends training sessions and supports team members to achieve results.
