Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service and greeting of customers.
• Process transactions accurately: deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Identify client needs and escalate to a Banker when appropriate for financial wellness discussions.
• Maintain compliance with security procedures and balancing cash drawers.
