Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, balancing cash drawer).
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding cash and funds; balance and reconcile accounts and instruments.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and offer suitable banking products and services.
• Refer basic banking products to the appropriate business partner to help meet branch goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services and stay compliant with procedures.
