Job summary

Columbia Bank is hiring a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients at our Milton, Washington location. You will handle cash transactions, balance drawers, and provide proactive service to uncover client needs while promoting bank products. A strong attention to detail and the ability to comply with bank policies are essential.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of banking or customer service experience. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Engage with clients to identify needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Refer basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
