Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in business administration and 2–5 years of progressively responsible management experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Leads Teller Center staff and ensures upholding referral and service expectations; provides staff coaching and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reports to track progress toward goals and manage staffing and productivity.
• Supervise staff, assign work, maintain schedules, and resolve issues with members and staff.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and coaching sessions to address performance and training needs.
• Oversee security, cash handling, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with leadership on equipment, maintenance, and branch operations.
