Job summary

Frost is seeking a friendly Teller to be the director of first impressions for our Texas customers. You’ll handle everyday transactions with accuracy, provide friendly service, and uphold Frost’s standards of trust and integrity in every interaction.

In this on-site role, you’ll process deposits and withdrawals, balance cash daily, and support customers with accounts and basic banking needs, all while maintaining cash on hand and complying with policies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Cash-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions.
• Fill change order requests, wire transfers, and bankcard advances and exchange negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention.
• Utilize critical-thinking skills and have a thirst for knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

What you’ll need:

Required Availability: Monday-Friday, 12:15pm-6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am-1:15pm
