Job summary

Frost in Texas seeks a Teller to be the face of the bank, delivering friendly, accurate service to customers and supporting day-to-day banking needs. You will handle transactions, maintain cash at the teller window, and uphold bank policies with enthusiasm and integrity.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, cash-handling experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Availability Mon-Fri 7am–6:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am–1:30pm is required; Frost offers health, retirement, and education

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday–Friday, 7am–6:30pm with Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Next-level customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that consistently meet consumer banking performance standards
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions
• Fill change orders, wire transfers, and bankcard advances and exchange negotiable instruments
• Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention
• Utilize critical-thinking skills and have a thirst for knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
