Qualifications

• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily transactions and protect customer privacy and security.
• Grow consumer relationships through conversations, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct service-related outbound calls and meet call goals.
