Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank seeks a Teller to engage customers in conversations, assess financial needs, and provide solutions that improve their financial lives. You will handle daily transactions, promote products, and protect customer privacy in a fast-paced center.

You will develop relationships with personal and business customers, support sales goals, and participate in training on digital tools and regional travel if required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Technologically savvy (e.g., Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect privacy and security, process daily transactions, cash handling, maintain cash limits, follow policies and procedures, seek guidance.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – engage in conversations on inbound calls and at drive thru, inform customers about products, ask for referrals, pursue additional needs.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – conduct outbound calls, identify referrals, uncover lending opportunities.
• Personal Development – pursue development, complete Pathways, learn BUILD and the sales framework, become a subject matter expert on digital products.
• Customer Experience – live the Mission and Values, be the single contact for problem resolution, drive outbound calling and sales effectiveness.
