Job summary

You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle daily transactions, support vault and ATM balancing, and participate in training to stay current with service standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with strict audit and security controls.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Assist in ATM balancing and cash processing.
• Promote bank products to customers to strengthen relationships.
