Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent.
• Proven ability to handle cash accurately and follow audit/security policies.
• Experience with cross-selling bank products or refer to other teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper control; follow all audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process other transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATMs and night/lobby depository entries.
• Assist with vault controls and stay updated with policy changes.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
