Qualifications

• High School Diploma/equivalent required.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
• Verify identities and review checks to reduce fraud.
• Log night deposit envelopes per dual-control procedures.
• Assist with Safe Deposit Box entries and payments.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
