Job summary

Superior Choice Credit Union in Ashland, WI is seeking a Teller to join our team. In this full-time role, you'll help members with deposits, withdrawals and transfers while delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will build relationships, explain products, and support branch goals. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service or cash handling experience, and strong communication. Travel to other branch locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, cash handling, retail, banking, or related experience preferred.
• Effective and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help members discover products and services that meet their financial needs.
• Build meaningful relationships through outstanding service and genuine conversations.
• Answer questions and provide solutions with confidence and care.
• Support branch goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.
