Job summary

Superior Choice Credit Union in Ladysmith, WI is seeking a Teller to join our team. This full-time position offers hourly pay between $16.00 and $17.00 and provides the opportunity to help members manage their finances with friendly, knowledgeable service.

As a Teller, you will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions, while building relationships and guiding members to products and services that fit their needs. Travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, cash handling, or retail/banking preferred.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel to other branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and assist members with financial needs.
• Build relationships and guide members to suitable products/services.
• Support branch goals and maintain confidentiality and security.
• Occasional travel to other SCCU branches as required.

As a Teller, you'll help members manage their finances while delivering an exceptional experience every time they visit.

You'll process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently

• Help members discover products and services that meet their financial needs
• Build meaningful relationships through outstanding service and genuine conversations
• Answer questions and provide solutions with confidence and care
• Support branch goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture
• Represent SCCU's mission of improving the financial well-being of our members
