Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Teller in Western Springs, IL. Candidates will process a variety of financial transactions, balance cash drawers, and provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced branch setting.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, ensure compliance with policies, and may assist with opening/closing duties while participating in community events and staying available for Saturdays shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and balancing cash drawer.
• Ability to recognize cross-sell opportunities and support customers.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions (cash checks, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments) and balance them accurately.
• Operate teller drawer and serve customers in lobby or drive-up.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel.
• Recognize potential fraud and report to management; comply with policies and procedures.
• May assist with bank opening/closing and participate in community events.
