Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a detail-oriented Teller/Back Office professional for a full-time, direct hire Central Operations Service Representative II/III in Roseville, CA. This role supports both branch teams and clients behind the scenes, focusing on accuracy and problem solving in banking operations.

You will handle ACH, wire transfers, online banking inquiries, and other core operations while upholding compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous Teller or back-office banking experience preferred.
• Accurate processing of ACH and wire transfer requests.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance basics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH, wire transfers, Regulation E claims, merchant disputes, chargebacks, stop payments, remote deposits, online account openings, and dormant account activity.
• Support consumer and commercial online banking while resolving operational questions and service issues.
• Respond to inquiries from branches, clients, and internal departments with professionalism and urgency.
• Cross-train with team members and assist with escalations, training, and departmental projects (Representative III level).
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process banking operations transactions including ACH, wire transfers, Regulation E claims, merchant disputes, chargebacks, stop payments, remote deposits, online account openings, and dormant account activity.
• Support consumer and commercial online banking services while helping resolve operational questions and service issues.
• Respond to inquiries from branches, clients, and internal departments with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
• Assist with legal processes, callback verifications, account file maintenance, and other central operations functions as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Cross-train with team members, support process improvements, and, at the Representative III level, assist with escalations, training, procedure writing, and departmental projects.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $22.00 to $32.00 per hour.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Schedule: Full-time.
• Location: Roseville, CA.
