Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is hiring a 40 hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to support the Eastern / St. Rose hub in Las Vegas, NV. Branch hours are Monday–Friday. Pay ranges from $18.90–$21.00 per hour and the role requires driving and a valid license.

Essential duties include processing transactions, assisting clients with accounts and transfers, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Background checks per FDIC guidelines are required.

Responsibilities

We are now accepting applications for a 40 hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to join our Service Staff team. Service Staff colleagues travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is our Eastern / St. Rose branch in Las Vegas, NV. Branch hours are Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions:

• Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identifyand addressclients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolveclients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identifyand maximizecross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employee must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Pay range (depending on experience): $18.90- $21.00/hour
