Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Teller (Client Service Associate) for the Twain/Jones branch in Las Vegas, NV. You will handle daily banking transactions and deliver friendly, accurate service Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, handling money movements, and resolving client questions while maintaining balancing accuracy and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with cashiering or customer service roles.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with bank products.
• Ability to balance cash and transactions accurately.
• Ability to cross-sell products based on client needs.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions following policies and maintain balancing records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, issuing checks, transfers, loan payments, and other services.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referral to appropriate resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during client interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

We are now accepting applications for a 40-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to join the team located at our Twain / Jones branch in Las Vegas, NV . Hours are Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions:

• Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.

• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.

• Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.

• Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.

• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

• Solid balancing and customer service skills.

• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
