Job summary

CAMPUS USA Credit Union in Florida is seeking a part-time Member Service Associate to assist members with financial transactions and provide exceptional service. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and promoting banking products that benefit members.

Typical hours include Monday–Thursday 11:45 AM–5:15 PM, Fridays 12:45 PM–6:15 PM, and Saturdays 2–3 per month from 8:45 AM–12:15 PM. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of similar or related experience.
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations.
• Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members.
• Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate.
