Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank is hiring a Teller (Grade Level 1) to be the face of the bank, delivering world-class service while handling both cash and non-cash transactions with accuracy and confidentiality. You will balance cash daily, answer questions, and refer opportunities to bankers to grow the customer relationship.

You will work at a branch location in Michigan, adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting team goals with reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window in accordance with bank policy and balance daily.
• Process cash and non-cash bank transactions accurately and confidentially.

Recognize clients’ needs and make referrals to bankers.Perform other miscellaneous duties, including night deposits, ATM balancing and service, re-ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and other duties that may be required from time to time.Be familiar with and comply with the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act as they relate to the functions of this position.
