We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teller to join our team in Chicago.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle various financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
2. Operate teller drawers to serve customers in lobby or drive-up settings.
3. Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
4. Recognize potential fraud and report it accordingly, adhering to all policies and procedures.
5. Assist with bank opening/closing and participate in community events as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work all shifts, including Saturdays.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel between branches.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and more.
