Qualifications

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account inquiries, and other banking transactions.
• Educate customers on available products and services and identify opportunities to recommend or refer banking solutions that meet customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve account issues or discrepancies, and escal… when necessary.
• Verify customer identity, account information, transaction documentation, endorsements, signatures, and available funds to ensure the validity of transactions.
• Accurately process and record financial transactions in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and customer information using banking systems and software applications.
• Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations necessary to process customer transactions, balance cash drawers, reconcile accounts, and verify financial information.
• Assist with branch cash management activities, including preparing currency and coins, maintaining appropriate cash levels, and supporting vault and cash‑control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations, internal controls, security procedures, and operational policies.
