Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality refers to other bankers as appropriate. Manage a cash drawer/recycler and perform other teller functions as assigned. Ensure all activities are performed according to bank policies and regulations.** ▲ Operate cash drawer/recycler with high level or accuracy▲ Process customer financial transactions including deposit and loan business▲ Accepts checks for cashing or paying; verifies endorsement, validity, and funds▲ Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality referrals to other bankers when appropriate▲ Refers large or unusual transactions to a more experienced teller or banker▲ Sells money orders, cashier’s checks, and processes cash advances ▲ Processes U.S. savings bonds for payment▲ Answer phones, greet customers, and assist with directing lobby traffic as needed▲ Perform ATM responsibilities as outlined by manager▲ Ability to maintain established cash handling standards▲ Consistently follows established bank policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines▲ Demonstrates Service Excellence in all customer interactions▲ Maintains work areas according to branch standards or other established security procedures▲ All other duties as assigned
