Responsibilities

• Provides information, explanation of services, support, and connection to benefits and eligibility across VA, VBA, NCA.
• Develops and distributes outreach materials (brochures, presentations, flyers, fact sheets, web content).
• Creates presentations and materials for Veterans and Service Members to understand information.
• Acts as a community liaison with Veterans Service Organizations and other groups to initiate client referrals and ensure needs are met.
• Coordinates and executes outreach events; maintains documentation of contacts and activities per guidelines.
• Drives a Government Owned Vehicle and a Mobile Vet Center to outreach sites; may work in nontraditional settings.
