Responsibilities

  • Planning and directing work of subordinates, setting and adjusting priorities and establishing deadlines for completion of work.
  • Assigning work to subordinates based on knowledge and skill levels, priorities, difficulty and other requirements of assignments.
  • Providing instruction, advice or counsel to subordinates on both work related and administrative issues.
  • Establish relationships, serve as the principal point of contact, and coordinate unit activities with other divisions, offices, federal, state, local partners and stakeholders to assure a seamless implementation of ETA initiatives and accomplishment of the ETA mission.
  • Manage program operations of assigned unit; implement policies and plans, direct activities to meet requirements of assigned programs; and contribute to policy development.
  • Design data collections, collect, organize, and analyze data for budget, legislative, evaluation, planning, contractual, and informational documents.
