Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license in Texas or reciprocity state.
• Experience with state/federal health care regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys for licensed/Medicare-certified facilities.
• Prepare and complete accurate reports and plans of correction.
• Serve as a preceptor and trainer for new surveyors.
• Travel statewide up to 80% and may telework per policy.
