Qualifications

• RN licensure in Kentucky or valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate operations across regional offices; monitor caseloads, clinic schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure quality assurance and conduct program audits for clinical care and care coordination.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Recruit and onboard nursing staff; coordinate referrals and internship programs.
