Job summary

A leading health service provider in Kentucky is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Field Care Manager role. Nurses will conduct non-clinical, in-home assessments and manage their own schedules. Qualifications

• Possess valid/active Kentucky Registered Nurse License, or eligible Nursing Compact State.
• Resume' demonstrates at least one year of experience that deals with the elderly population as an RN.
• Resume' demonstrates at least one year of experience that involves case management as an RN.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

Job Description

ResCare HomeCare is looking to hire Registered Nurses in the Central and Western Kentucky areas to serve in the role of Field Care Manager. These nurses will perform non-clinical, in home assessments on a weekly basis with a dedicated case load. These nurses generally set their own schedules and the salary is well above competitive rates. Nurses will work remotely with readily available administrative and clinical support and supervision. All documentation is completed electronically through a secure portal.
