Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist students transitioning to the teletherapy workstation and ensure a smooth start to sessions.
• Log students into the Presence therapy room and verify accessibility.
• Coordinate schedule changes with clinicians and communicate attendance impacts.
• Serve as primary scheduling and paperwork liaison between clinicians and the educational team.
• Prepare therapy equipment and materials and ensure everything is operational.
• Observe sessions and assist students as directed by clinicians.
• Source and stage hands-on materials for therapy and assessments in collaboration with clinicians.
