Job summary

Presence is seeking a Teletherapy Facilitator to support remote therapy and assessments in K-12 settings. You will ensure smooth transitions, log students into the Presence platform, coordinate with clinicians and teachers.

You bring a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with educational technology. Some travel between school locations within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• Educational background: a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in education, technology, or related fields is beneficial.
• Experience in educational support, technology assistance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort with educational tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students transition safely and efficiently to and from the teletherapy workstation.
• Log students into the therapy room of the Presence platform.
• Communicate with clinicians about schedule changes that impact attendance, including unplanned absences, assemblies, field trips.
• Act as the primary contact for scheduling and paperwork between clinicians and the rest of the educational team.
• Prepare the therapy computer and equipment, ensuring everything is operational.
• Observe sessions, providing assistance to students as directed by the clinician.
• Collaborate with the clinician to source and stage hands-on materials for therapy and assessments.
