Job summary

Presence is seeking a Teletherapy Facilitator to join our on-site team in Winthrop, ME, supporting students, clinicians, and educators within the Presence platform. This role ensures smooth transitions, proper login procedures, and effective communication about schedules and attendance across the educational team.

The ideal candidate has a background in educational support, strong communication, and comfort with technology; travel between district sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in educational support or technology assistance is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students transition safely to and from the teletherapy workstation.
• Log students into the therapy room of the Presence platform.
• Communicate with clinicians about schedule changes and absences.
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling between clinicians and the education team.
• Prepare therapy computer and equipment; ensure systems are operational.
• Observe sessions and assist students as directed by clinicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians to source and stage materials for therapy and assessments.
